Shipping policy

3. Domestic Shipping (Within Canada)

6. Shipping Issues (Damages, Lost Packages)

Lost Packages: If a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist in any way we can, but we cannot replace packages marked as delivered.
